Rathbone Investment Management (Rathbones) today announces the appointment of Alex Turnbull who joins the charity team as an investment director from HSBC Investments.
Alex is the third investment manager to join the charity team from HSBC in the past six months and will rejoin his former colleague, James Pettit, who arrived in January 2008. Alex has over 20 years’ experience in managing charities and, prior to its takeover by HSBC, was head of charities at James Capel.
