Rathbone Unit Trust Management Limited (RUTM) has appointed David Holloway as its new marketing and communications manager.
David will be responsible for marketing Rathbones unit trust funds and services to independent financial advisers. He joins Rathbones from Clerical Medical Investment Management Limited, where he worked as Institutional Campaign Manager.
Prior to Clerical Medical, David worked for Swiss Life Asset Management Limited (UK) and AXA Equity & Law plc. In total he has more than thirteen years experience in marketing and business development in financial services.
David reports directly to Peter Pearson Lund, RUTM Managing Director. He replaces the previous post holder, Louise Gedney, who has left the company after the recent birth of her son.
Welcoming David to RUTM, Peter Pearson Lund said:
“David has joined the company at a particularly exciting time with strong performance across our range of funds, including three – Rathbone Income, Rathbone Special Situations and Rathbone Income and Growth – in the first quartile across one month, six months, one year, three years and five years. With his experience and enthusiasm I am confident he will be a positive addition to the team.”
