London, 30 May 2002: Rathbone Brothers Plc today announce two senior board appointments.
Mr Jamie Cayzer-Colvin is appointed to the board of Rathbone Brothers Plc as a Non-Executive Director. He is an Associate Director of Caledonia Investments Plc.
Mr Clive Hexton is appointed to the board of Rathbone Investment Management Limited. Prior to joining Rathbones in August 2000, Mr Hexton was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank.
Rathbones also announce that Mr William Keatley will retire from the board of Rathbone Brothers Plc on 30 June 2002. Mr Keatley has been a Non Executive Director of the company since 1997. Prior to this he was Chairman of Laurence Keen Limited and his entire professional career has been spent at Rathbones and predecessor companies.
