Rathbones statement re personnel changes

Rathbone Brothers Plc ("Rathbones"), the private client investment manager, today announced that Patrick Evershed, Fund Manager of the Rathbone Special Situations Fund, has left the company. Carl Stick has been appointed Investment Manager of the Rathbone Special Situations Fund. The appointment of additional investment resource will be considered in the coming weeks.

Rathbone Brothers Plc ("Rathbones"), the private client investment manager, today announced that Patrick Evershed, Fund Manager of the Rathbone Special Situations Fund, has left the company. Carl Stick has been appointed Investment Manager of the Rathbone Special Situations Fund. The appointment of additional investment resource will be considered in the coming weeks.
Carl is the manager of the Rathbone Income Fund. The fund ranked 4th in the UK Equity Income Sector in 2001 and also holds top decile performance over three and five years*. He has assumed immediate responsibility for the Rathbone Special Situations Fund.
